1. PADMASANA

Steps:-

1. Sit down on the floor with your back straight.

2. Bend your left knee and place your left toes on right thigh. Bend your right knee and place right toes on left thigh.

3. Keep your palms on your knees and close your eyes. Relax your mind and take deep breaths.

BENEFIT:- It reduces muscle tension and calm your mind.

2.PASCHIMOTTANASANA

Steps:-

1. Sit down on the floor with your legs extended forward and your hand on side.

2. Now lift your arms up and bend forward from your hips. Bend until your head touches your knees and chest on thigh.

3. Try to touch your knees.

BENEFIT:- It calms your mind and improves your memory. It also cures headache.

3.PADAHASTASANA

Steps:-

1. Stand straight with your hands on side and feet together.

2. Now lift your hands and bend from the hips and try to place your palms under your feet.

BENEFIT:- It energizes you nervous system and improves blood flow to your brain.

4.HALASANA

Steps:-

1. Begin by lying down on the floor on your back with your feet together and hands on side.

2. Now raise your legs until it is at 90° angle with your body.

3. Bend your elbows and place your palms on your waist and with this support raise your legs to 180°.

BENEFIT:-It reduces stress and calm your mind.
